Radka Hoffman became a board member of the European Children's Film Association

Our colleague Radka Hoffman was elected to the board of ECFA - European Children's Film Association at the Berlinale last week. The ECFA is the most important European organisation dedicated to cinema for children and young people and acts as a networking platform for filmmakers and professionals in the field of film and film and media education, and also has a strong focus on advocacy and lobbying in the field of film for children and young people with national and supranational institutions.

Radka Hoffman is the head of the industry BOO festival, director of the Audiovisual Centre at Kino Kavalírka and a curator. She is currently completing her PhD at the Janáček Academy of Performing Arts in Brno, focusing on contemporary youth film in a European context.
