APA: Where have the viewers disappeared to?

Petra Průšová will present the key findings of the Kantar 2024 study for APA (Association of Producers in Audiovisual), which aims to comprehensively describe the current state of the audiovisual industry in relation to the leisure activities of the Czech population.

The research deliberately follows up on a similar study from 2014, offering a unique perspective on the changes and trends that have taken place over the last decade. The results of the study clearly show how Czech viewers watch films and series, how cinema attendance has changed, and how this behavior has evolved over time.

The presentation will also include selected data from the current research project Češi na síti, which will provide fresh insights into the use of VOD platforms.

Petra Průšová is the Managing Director of the Kantar agency for Central and Eastern Europe and has been involved in research since 1995. She actively participates in research projects and is well-known for her contributions to marketing research. Her work encompasses a variety of activities, including delivering lectures on marketing research and its applications, providing education, and mentoring. Additionally, she is a mentor in the Odyssey Mentoring Program, has completed courses such as AI Empowerment: Artificial Intelligence as a Key to Creativity and Efficiency, and is a certified coach of the NeuroLeadership program.
